Dermatologist & Hair Specialist
Introducing Dr Pooja Sharma, dermatologist with more than 15 years in dermatology. She is an astute dermatologist with special interest in Hair and Skin disorders.
Currently she runs a one of its kind, specialist Hair Clinic at Skin Health Institute and is also a senior Consultant at Austin Hospital, where she trains registrars in difficult to manage hair related conditions and skin cancer surgery.
Dr Sharma has extensive training and experience in treating skin disorders and is proficient in skin cancer surgery, vitiligo blister grafting, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment and hair transplant.
Apart from Hair disorders, Dr Sharma has a keen interest in treating general skin disorders like eczema, Acne which is a commonly encountered condition especially in Victoria. Currently she is the only one providing complete medical and surgical treatment for vitiligo.
Dr Sharma is a member of Australasian Society for Dermatology Research and is involved with research involving trial of newer medications in treatment of conditions such as alopecia areata. She is also a member of Australasian Hair and Wool Research Society and is a Co-Chair and Ambassador for upcoming World Congress for Hair Research.

Dr Reetika Dhir is a dynamic and talented paediatrician who specializes in developmental and behavioural paediatrics.
Reetika trained in various institutions in Australia and overseas including Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Medical Centre and Austin Health. She completed her specialist paediatric training at The Royal Children’s hospital where she specialized in Developmental-Behavioural Paediatrics at The Centre for Community Child health. Reetika gained further experience working in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Integrated Mental Health Service at the RCH, Melbourne. At the RCH, she has been a paediatrician in the Learning Disabilities Clinic, Behaviour Clinic, ADHD Clinic and the School Function Program Clinic. She was involved with the Eating Disorders Clinic at The Austin Hospital.
Reetika was awarded The Young Investigator award by the Perinatal Research Society of The United States giving her the opportunity to conduct research in Neonatal Health with leading researchers of US.

Dr Rajesh Bhatia is an accredited specialist Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Interventional Endoscopist. He has over 25 years of clinical experience, working both overseas and in Australia. Haematologist and Bone Marrow Transplant Physician
He has trained extensively in various aspects of haematology. He has broad ranging expertise in both benign and malignant haematology with special interest in diagnosis and management of anaemias, clotting disorders, full blood count abnormalities, plasma cell disorders, myeloid and lymphoid disorders.
He holds public appointment at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre where he is the disease group lead for acute leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. His private appointment is at Melbourne Private Hospital.

Urologist
Doctor Homayoun (Homi) Zargar is an Australasian trained urological surgeon (FRACS) with fellowship training in Urooncology (Vancouver Prostate Centre) and advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery (Cleveland Clinic and Royal Melbourne Hospital). Mr Arvind Jain specialises in adult reconstruction and joint replacement surgeries of hip and knee, particularly primary and revision joint replacement surgeries. Mr Jain has done extensive training in orthopaedics and completed a paediatric Orthopaedics fellowship at Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne in 2006. In 2008 he undertook a Hip and Knee Replacement fellowship at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne. Subsequently he was offered a Trauma and Arthroplasty fellow position at The Alfred where he honed his surgical skills in complex reconstructions and joint replacements involving hip, knee and shoulder joint.
His relentless pursuit for excellence led him to train further with some of the best surgeons in Australia. He did a 6-month fellowship in Hip Arthroscopy and Direct Anterior Minimally invasive Total Hip replacement with Mr John O’Donnell.
